Meet Consulting Board of Advisors, Elizabeth Spence


Elizabeth Spence is currently Vice President of Talent Development and Employee Engagement at Assurant, Inc., a Fortune 300 global specialty insurance company.  She spent six years in the Coca-Cola system, most recently as Director of Human Resources and Director of Change Management at the Coca-Cola Company’s headquarters in Atlanta. She has also consulted in organizational effectiveness for such companies as The Home Depot and Georgia Pacific, and served five years as a consultant and manager at AT&T.

Elizabeth holds a master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University, and a master’s degree in organizational leadership and a bachelor’s degree in organizational development from Vanderbilt University.
