Craig Martell joined the GSC Board of Advisors in December, 2014. Craig retired from Oracle in June, 2014 after 19 plus years in consulting, development and sales. His sales experience is in voice-of-the customer based sales strategy and business development in the communication and media industry, culminating with several years in Human Capital Management solutions. His consulting experience is in application-based business process design, quality management, and change management. Prior to joining Oracle, Craig was with American Software, as a business consultant, development manager, and as quality assurance director. Prior to American Software, Craig held materials management and accounting positions with several larger manufacturing companies in food processing and industrial equipment.
Craig has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Wisconsin, a Certificate in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School, and a MS from DePaul in Accounting. Craig also completed GE Health Care’s Six Sigma for Suppliers, and has a patent, while with Oracle, for a Six Sigma Enabled Web-based Business Intelligence System.
Craig is a practicing Roman Catholic, has been married for 40 years, to his wife, Patricia, has two daughters, one grandson, and enjoys reading, golf, and walking for recreation.
